Add fruits to your daily life

We all know that fruit is good for the body, skin, hair and so on, but do we really take them? if I can remember clearly I've not taken any in a week :(

According to Time of India a cup of fruit juice a day is sure guarantee to a clear complexion. Fruit are not just essentials for take in, also good for massage and facials.

So why am I suddenly interested in fruits, I've lost some drastic weight and looking so fragile, so i'm reading articles about gaining weight and many more, came across this and decided to share the importance of fruits:)

Here are best five fruits for a glowing and healthy skin:

Apple

A cup of apple juice added to your bath will cleanse and smoothen your skin. Apple juice applied to your scalp helps prevent dandruff. They also help fight acne

Lemon

Adding two teaspoons of lemon juice in your bath not only deodourises the body but also keeps it fresh. Lemon rinds, when rubbed on scars, acne or dark spots, helps heal them. Rub lemon slices on rough areas of heels and elbows to soften them.

Mango

The soft pulpy fruit has an amazing effect on skin, rich in vitamin-A and rich antioxidants, it fights against skin aging, regenerates skin cells and restores the elasticity of skin.

Banana

Banana is a good source of iron, magnesium and potassium and helps reduce menstrual cramps. Bananas are rich in vitamin A, B and E and hence works as an anti-aging agent. A fresh mashed banana facial can do wonders for your skin.

Orange

Rich in vitamin C that improves skin texture. Like apple, orange too contains collagen that slows skin aging process. Rub the insides of orange on your skin to tighten the skin. Oranges can be dried and powdered and used as a natural scrub. Like lemon, oranges too help clear skin blemishes.

Now I'm trying them out, you should too :)

Add a lot of fruit to your daily routine :D Cheers!
